    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page five, section five, line fifteen, by striking out the words “not later than” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “commencing”;

    On page six, section twenty-two, line twenty-four, by striking out “(e)” and inserting in lieu thereof “(d)”;

    And,

    On page seven, section twenty-two, line twelve, by striking out the word “where” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “when”.
